Doesn't work for me on my new Z1 Compact (4.3). The screenshot option in the power menu is missing, and the button combination just turns down the volume, it doesn't make a difference whether the Power button is pressed or not. Any other suggestions?
ReplyDeleteLooks like new OS doesn't have the default (power button) any more. But Power + Volume down should work. Make sure that you have pressed both the keys together as its absolute necessary to press both the keys simultaneously. It takes some time for first timers. If that still doesn't work then try Screenshot apps on Google Play
DeleteIf your z1 compact shows 3 buttons at the bottom, then you can also use that rectangle button on the right then swipe to the left to show the violet screenshot button.
